A few years ago I interviewed a Feng Shui Practitioner on my podcast, and one of the things she said that stuck with me is that our homes are living, breathing vision boards for our lives. From the art we put on the walls, to what we do - or do not - make room for in our homes. It all communicates how we feel about ourselves and what we believe we are worthy of.
Last week we had family visiting, so we spent a sunny afternoon at the beach. Instead of going to the main area, we found ourselves following a path to a secluded sand bar that was protected from the bigger waves and perfect for playing in the shallow waters. Look, mama, a crab!
