Time is valuable. Thus refunds are not available if a call is missed or cancelled after payment. As emergencies do occur, mentorship clients may reschedule one (1) session. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a mentorship call. Should a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, refunds not available. In the unlikely event that the mentor is injured or becomes too ill to perform services, a portion of payment will be returned to mentee.
Refund schedule if mentor sick or injured as follows:
If mentor needs to cancel ONE HOUR or EMPATH SPECIFIC session and mentor is unable to reschedule, full payment will be returned to mentee.
If mentor needs to cancel a 8-WEEK INTENSIVE session, mentor will reschedule. Following the initial call, if mentor is unable to complete any remaining correspondance (has never happened), repayment will be made by percent per unit (call = unit). Example: If mentor cancels 3 calls and cannot reschedule, 5 calls will be cancelled and reimbursed. Meaning, 5 units, or 5/8th of payment, will be returned to mentee.
To solidify expectations and reduce any refund issues re: compatibility, an application and pre-payment call is required for all 8-week Intensive interest.
Returns are completed via PayPal and their refund policy. Please allow up to 7-14 days.
