To make the most of our coaching call, please take ten-fifteen minutes to fill out this form prior to booking your call into my Calendar. There are no right or wrong answers, just go with what feels best when answering each question as it's presented to you.

After you submit form you'll be given a link to book your call times.

Please book in two time slots; one for our coaching call and the second for our accountability/follow up call two weeks later.

Call times will show as 75-minutes in my Calendar, but we will only be on the phone for 60 minutes and 30 minutes. The remaining time is designed to give me time to return to my energy after being in yours.


If you book a call slot from 2:00-3:15pm, a 60 minute call will be from 2:00-3:00pm. A 30-minute call will be from 2:00-2:30pm. 

Calls take place on Zoom. If accessing from a Desktop you only need to click the link I send - it will bring you into the call space. If accessing from a mobile, you first have to download the free App.

All that is required for coaching is an Internet connection and your presence. Feel free to also bring a notebook and pen, but notes are not required as I will send you post-call notes after our session/s.
